POOR LINDSAY!

Oh god, it's just a downwards spiral for this girl! Are there ANY good tabloids of her these days?

NO! There's not, and this one certainly goes under the bad tabloids section.

In March, Lindsay Lohan filed a LAW SUIT against E*TRADE claiming they sullied her "good name" by characterizing a baby named Lindsay as a "milkaholic" in its Super Bowl ad. LOL!!!!

E*TRADE filed a motion to dismiss the case and calls Lindsay's claims "meritless." OUCH!

They're going back to court next month, and it isn't looking good for Lindsay since she's ALSO due back in court May 20 in her DUI probation case. FUCKING HELL DOES THIS BITCH EVER GO A MONTH WITHOUT BEING IN COURT?! LOL!

Poor Lindsay, it isn't her fault!!!! Well... Maybe sometimes it is, but E*TRADE sound like dickheads anyway. All these court cases ARE NOT good for Lindsay at the moment, because whatever happens in one court case will AFFEC THE OTHER!!!!
